James joined my house hunting mission at the right time. I wish I could have met him sooner, I wasted 3 months of my precious time with the wrong agent. I had to do their job because I really needed to find a place, I didn't feel like that was normal, but hey, who buys a house everyday, so I was clueless on how my agent should be. However, looking for one house that my agent had no time to look for, I connect with Monique, who then realized my lack of time and my need of a house as soon as possible, and she connected me with James Fisher.

What a difference, I met someone know knew what he was doing, and before I even asked a question, he created a profile on his iPad for me, and within ten minutes I had ten potentional properties that we checked and discussed. Additionally, he invite me to check all the houses that I wanted to check, he told me "I work for you, so if I have to visit 100 houses, let's visit 100 houses. I want you to be happy with your purchase." We were shopping for 1 month and a half, and because the three months wasted with the previous agent, I was close to giving up. So he asked me one more week, and in one day he got me three different houses, and one of them was my dream house.

James Fisher did everything to get me that house, because offers were competitive, he is top of the line persistent person I ever met, and he promised me to close one day and despite the slow movements and delays from my lender, he dedicated one full day to solve all those problems himself just to make my closing happen. Did he impress me? Yes, is he good? No, he is astonishing. Am I thankful? Absolutely, he is my angel. My only problem with him is that I couldn't meet him when I started my house hunting.

James is absolutely amazing. I have been working with him since October ‘22 and in January ‘23 he helped me find my first home. He is extremely knowledgeable and flexible with his schedule. For example: I work weird schedules 8am-8pm anywhere from 3-5 days a week. He was able to arrange viewings around my busy schedule and was available to answer any and all of my questions. Overall James is absolutely fantastic and in the future when myself or someone else is in the market for a home I will definitely recommend James.

We were so fortunate to have found James Fisher when we moved to New Jersey . As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Maryland to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers.

In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with James was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone. He is by far one of the best.

James has been helping me in the journey to find a home for several months. He has been professional, patient and quick to note my preference, likes and dislikes. He gave me good and fair advice and I appreciate his knowledge when it comes to homes/realty. He also provided me with contact information for other resources such as home inspectors and handymen. When I encountered an issue after the closing, James helped set things straight with the seller’s realtor and the issue was eventually resolved.

Buying a house is already a stressful scenario, and with the current market, long and painful due to crazy prices, but James made the process into a fun experience. From Day 1, James was ready to answer any question that I had around the whole buying house experience, since it was my first buying a house, he really took his time to break down every step of the process and make sure I was comfortable along the way.

It took us almost 1 year and looking at more than 30 houses, I was able to find the house we wanted as a family. Not once did James ever persuade me into buying something We did not like, he was very understanding and patient in trying to see houses that would fit our criteria and price point. The flexibility around his schedule to fit my time was always something we liked about James, whether it’s a phone call at 9 pm at night on a weekday or 4 pm on a Sunday, he would always answer my call or call me back same day. Communication with James was always an open line when I needed to talk or discuss houses.

Soon after looking at many houses and various area, we actually liked going to look at houses and see if we can find that gem house. James would even expressed his concerns and gave me tips if the house seems like a problem, which I always appreciated his honesty.

James, I cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done for us to make sure we were happy with the house we wanted to buy. I hope your next client is not as difficult as me, but either way, I know you will always make it into a fun experience.

I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy a house, and if I ever buy another house in the future, I have your cell number. Buying a house with James felt like your best friend is there to cover your back every part of the process.
