They enjoyed the life style on Maui and moved here and bought a home in July, 2000 from the Seattle, Washington area where they lived for thirty two years. Carla's mom passed away in 1988 and Carla worked on Front Street as a buying manager for Waikiki Traders at a Body & Bath Shop in Lahaina for close to eight years, often meeting old customers or employees of her mom, Connie Bos. Their daughter Mindy Miller and her husband Jeff own Chase 'N Rainbows Real Estate, Inc. and Jim is the principal broker and his focus is real estate sales. Jim & Carla love the sunshine and beach activities with their Cairn terrier, "Lulu". Jim has over forty four years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
