I had the opportunity to collaborate with Jim on a commercial transaction. He came to me highly recommended from sources within the real estate industry. Jim met me at both of the commercial sites being evaluated. I found him to be experienced, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional in appearance. After evaluating the sites, and based on our clients immediate goals, Jim was able to offer insightful information on code compliant modifications to the layout, as well as a geographic analysis of each location. From this information, he developed a full marketing plan to assist the client in moving forward. Jim exhibited excellent communication skills, with prompt written, and verbal follow-up!
