My wife and I worked with Jim Haydon of the Haydon team to buy our condo in 2018 and to sell the unit four years later. From both experiences, I came to realize that Jim is a very patient and talented agent, working with us in a collaborative manner, always keeping our best interests at heart. This was turned out to be extremely important during the very turbulent time of 2022 with rising interest rates. Jim and Dianne have been with me for the entire process of selling my home and purchasing a new home after renting for two years. I initially met Jim about 5-7+ years ago when I learned that he was a real estate agent and had kept in contact with him over the years.
After my wife Monica initially met Jim and his associate Jas when they came to our house to give us an appraisal and showed us current comps of nearby homes sold, market trend data, etc. , she immediately liked their friendly & professional nature and Jim‘s sincere and easy going personality. We used Jim Haydon to sell our Commack home in Sept. 2017 and he was amazing.

We met Jim and he spent hours with us answering questions. Jim provided data on recent sales, how long on market and info on comps in our area. We were concerned we missed the prime selling time and our home would sit on the market.

When we saw our listing we could not believe it. The professional photos and drone footage was amazing. Jim knows how to market your home thru many avenues including social media. Our home sold after the first open house. Jim enjoys what he does and it shows.
