I met James during my employee orientation and was very impressed by his professionalism. At the time, my family was preparing to relocate to Seattle however we had no idea what type of house we wanted to buy or where. James was very patient throughout the process and diligently addressed all our questions without pressure. This led us to hire him officially as our relo-agent.

James is not only an amazing realtor, but an awesome person as well. He is a man of integrity, honesty, and trust and has been over-the-top professional every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond in helping us move back to the Seattle area. He is always quick to respond any time we have questions or concerns. He has helped us with doing virtual walkthroughs, getting keys, and even helped us find a place to park our moving truck overnight when we get back. He somehow manages to take some of the stress of moving and carry it for you.
If Google allowed more than 5 stars, he would be a 10 easily. I would not hesitate to use him again and I reccomend him highly.

In short, I can't recommend James highly enough. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, and made a very stressful home buying experience much, much easier.

My own knowledge and understanding of the process and its nuances was remedial at best, so it was extremely valuable to have James in my corner to explain things, work with the sellers and their agent, handle negotiations, and just give advice and general counsel. I particularly appreciated James' high level of responsiveness - he always got back to me quickly (which is particularly helpful during the rapidly-moving portions of the buying process), no matter what else he had going on. I also really valued his patience and general friendly demeanor, as this was one of the more stressful experiences I've had, and I felt a lot of anxiety at times. His presence was truly comforting, and I honestly can't place a value on that.

Please do yourself a favor and work with James Hemphill Jr as your broker / agent, whether you're buying or selling or just looking. Your experience will undoubtedly be better as a result.

I Worked/ am working with James to buy some investment properties. Extremely knowledge and puts forth a lot of effort including sending videos. We put together a offer for a house and he sent it by email and we signed via accusign. I did not need to print out every page and sign one by one. Very reliable and responsive also.
