James Hinson

Originally I am from Louisville, KY but have called Florida my home since 2015. I moved to Florida to learn Real Estate at the highest level in the ultra competitive market of Naples, FL focusing on investment properties and traditional residential resale properties.

Since 2015 I have continued to develop both my business and Real Estate knowledge, becoming a broker in 2017, receiving the NABOR Rising Star Award in 2017, graduating from NABOR Leadership Academy in 2019, and serving as a Florida Realtor Director in 2020.

Over the course of my career I have successfully helped hundreds of people realize their Real Estate dreams, navigated difficult negotiations to closings, and have been exposed to Real Estate on every level. There is no substitute for the wisdom that comes
with experience.

In 2023 I had an opportunity to further my experience by becoming the Director of Operations for the largest Real Estate group in Cape Coral, FL. Here I helped grow from 11 to 29 agents, grow from approximately 40 transactions a month to 60 transactions a month, ran the administrative team, and was directly responsible for approximately 150
listings at one time.

When not working hard for my customers or analyzing the market, I enjoy spending time with my friends & family, kayaking, going to the park with my dogs, or just watching a good movie.
