Not only does James have residential expertise in ski condos, income properties, and second homes, but he also has a strong history in commercial sales and leasing including restaurants and breweries, one of which was his own award-winning brewpub in downtown Boulder, CO. His 17 years of commercial experience in the Boulder/Denver Metro area resulted in the representation of over 100 restaurant clients and the successful completion of over 25 breweries, wineries, and distilleries. The food and beverage industry is unlike any other business structure and James has a unique working knowledge of its business aspects and its real estate dynamics.
When time allows, James, his wife Leslie, and daughter Addy Mae enjoy traveling the world, backcountry adventures, skiing, mountain biking, and happy hour at their favorite Steamboat watering holes.
