James Irwin

James is a down home, hardworking, straight forward guy. He has the desire to meet every expectation of what an agent should be and then some. He has never taken the easy way out, nor will he ever. James is personable, friendly, energetic, easy to talk to, and above all else genuine. James grew up in Hinckley Ohio and attended the Highland local schools. He played hockey for and graduated from Ohio University. He currently resides in North Royalton in Cuyahoga County. He has a younger brother who is attending the University of Vermont on a full hockey scholarship and a fiancée who is currently a first grade teacher.

James grew up from a young age working in construction. Prior to coming to work for Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty he was a Physical Therapist Assistant. When he’s not working at Coldwell, he is heavily involved with the Northeast Ohio hockey community.
