James Klucznik

Mr. Klucznik serves as in-house counsel for the firm, handling general corporate legal affairs and contract matters, including those concerning the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and project financing. Mr. Klucznik also performs sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma feasibility analysis of development projects.

Mr. Klucznik is a past member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in East Granby, Connecticut, an elected position he held from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Klucznik is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association. He received a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England College, both of Springfield, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut.
