As a lifelong resident of the north Baltimore region- Roland Park, Hampden-Woodberry,
and Ruxton-Towson, Mr. Lamb has developed a great affinity for and familiararity with this area. He graduated from Roland Park Public School (#233), Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
He had a successful career as an account representative in the commercial printing industry, developing long term relationships with local institutions such as Johns Hopkins University and Hospital, Sheppard Pratt, Alex. Brown, Notre Dame Univ. of MD, Lifebridge Health and many smaller entities. Seeing the overall decline of the printing industry, he decided to persue his passion of home renovations.
This included intense hands on work and oversite of contractors of every home
improvement category (even a complete geo-thermal heat pump system!). He completed renovations in Woodberry, Remington, Rodgers Forge, Anneslie and Ruxton.
Several of these are now rentals where James is Landlord and Property Manager.
Becoming a Realtor (R) was the logical choice for fusing the customer service,sales,
construction, renovation, property management skills Mr. Lamb posesses into a role
in which he can offer the greatest benefit to his clients and associates.
