James Lauer

James has been in sales since he was 20 years old. He started working at a gym selling memberships and quickly became the top salesmen in the company immediately being promoted to general manager. From there, he transitioned into a sales position at NRG home solar. In his new position, James was consistently ranked as one of top salespeople each month until NRG eventually closed their solar division. In 2017 James made the jump into real estate and immediately fell in love with the business that allows him to blend his love of sales with guiding clients in the largest investment of their life. James’ areas of expertise are Point Pleasant, Bay Head, Mantoloking, Toms River, and most areas of Brick. James collaborates with both buyers and sellers and really enjoys the excitement of working with first time homebuyers in helping them realize the benefits of homeownership! In his free time, James really enjoys working out, running, yoga and relaxing at the beach. James is a self-admitted “big geek” and enjoys going to the movies, ESPECIALLY Avengers! A big part of his life is about giving back. This year James will give a portion of all his commission checks to local charities.
