James has been a leading top producing agent for over 20 years and known for my extensive knowledge of the city of Riverside. He is a third generation Riversider and has resided in the city of Riverside for most of his life with exception of his 4 years in college at Cal Poly Pomona where he graduated with a degree in Business. He acquired his real estate license in 1998 and sold resort properties in Palm Springs and San Diego up until 2001 when he began helping families buy and sell properties in the Inland Empire. In 2004 he managed 800+ agents as the Regional Sales Manager at a Nationally recognized firm with productivity of over 12,000 homes per year with offices in Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County. In 2015, James partnered with Windermere Real Estate Tower Properties and continued to assist repeat and referred clients from all over the Inland Empire with an emphasis in the city of Riverside. His biggest compliment is when clients refer him to friends and family year after year. He is also proud to be a contributing partner in the Windermere Foundation; a leading charitable organization, dedicated to helping low-income and homeless families since 1989. In 2021, the Windermere Foundation reached an impressive $2.3 million in giving.
