James Mullin

Jim joined Staubach Retail Services in 2002 to direct the formation of Staubach AutoGroup. Jim will spearhead the nationwide efforts of the group which provides sales advisory, marketing, development consulting services and incentive negotiation for dealerships, manufacturers, property owners, and municipalities in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Staubach, Jim was a principal with Sperry Van Ness Mullin, a national investment brokerage firm. Jim entered the commercial real estate field in 1988 and in 1993 established Mullin Partners Real Estate Corporation. In January 1999, he merged his company with Sperry Van Ness to create Sperry Van Ness Mullin, serving automotive interests throught the southwestern United States.
