James Nobles

James joined Keegan & Coppin in 2013 as a financial analyst, where he built a strong foundation in the financial and operational side of real estate while also supporting the firm’s marketing team. With a background in construction, he brought a practical, hands-on perspective that complemented his analytical skills. By 2016, James transitioned into brokerage, where he began working across industrial, office, land, and investment properties.
Over the years, James has advised on a wide range of transactions—from complex land assemblages to owner-occupied sales and institutional investments. His in-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and ability to navigate projects at every stage have made him a trusted partner for business owners, developers, investors, and builders alike.
In August 2025, James was named Partner at Keegan & Coppin, a reflection of his long-standing work across all sectors of the North Bay real estate market.
