James Park

Tallying nearly three decades of real estate experience, James is a powerhouse in tenant representation throughout the DMV. Touting first-hand experience as an owner and operator of restaurants and retail businesses, he is intimately familiar with the challenges and intricacies of his clients’ needs. He supports local, regional, and national tenants in leasing, expansion strategy, and franchising.
James is originally from Seoul, South Korea and came to the U.S. in 1973. He attended California State University, San Bernardino.
