With over two decades of experience selling luxury real estate in Florida and Georgia, James Patterson represents his clients with a trusted knowledge and understanding of the competitive real estate market.

His close connections with agents and lenders help him find the perfect listings for his clients and secure the best deals for them. For James Patterson, the greatest reward is helping his clients find their next chapters.

James graduated from Appalachian State University in North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree of arts in communications and marketing. In addition, James also acquired his MBA in marketing in 2014.

James has a diverse background in real estate including residential sales, commercial real estate, and luxury apartment leasing. His broad understanding has helped him become an expert in the industry with a vast knowledge and wide range of experience.

After working in the real estate industry for many years in Atlanta, James decided to move back to Florida to be closer to family and friends.

James is currently on the grievance committee for the greater Tampa Realtors Association. He is also active in organizations such as Moffitt Cancer Center, The Alzheimer’s Association, and Feeding Tampa Bay.

When James is not making deals happen, he is at the gym, playing tennis, and enjoying some of the wonderful restaurants throughout Tampa Bay. He also loves visiting family on Anna Maria Island and spending quality time with his Boston Terrier, Gorge.
