James Riel

As principal broker, James' passion for real estate and design-build stems from an early introduction growing up in a household of self-made entrepreneurs in the industry. His mother, a long-time broker-owner, and his father who practiced engineering, design and general contracting, were both early inspirations into the industry. James would go along to earn a degree in architectural design and building technologies but eventually shift his focus towards business. Graduating from Northeastern University's D'Amore McKim School of Business in 2013, James uses his knowledge of both real estate and design-build to provide his clients a competitive edge. In 2019, James put down long-term roots and opened his first brick and mortar location in East Cambridge. James resides in Andover, MA with his wife Jacqueline and their dog Emmett.
