Dear James and Stacy, Kris and I wanted to acknowledge your excellence in the time and procedure you put in with our purchasing of our home. This started in July 2014 with me finding your website and reaching out to James. Over the next 4 month’s you continued to send us updates on homes that we may have been interested in. I then spoke with James several times in December of 2014 to discuss our exact desires in a home and our price range. Over the next month I put together a list of approximately 20 homes to look at when Kris and I visited in late January of 2015. When we met you, you had all the listings and we were able to get through the list in a 1 ½ days. All the homes were nice, however there was always one thing or another that did not make them perfect for Kris and I. The last listing you took us to on Saturday was a house that we did not find and was out of our price range by approximately 10%. I walked through the home and as you and Kris know, I was very quiet. In 15 minutes I knew that we were going to buy this house. You both not only listened to us for what we were looking for, but you went out of your way to research homes that we did not come up with and you thought we would like. As you know we were able to get this home for a fair price and we could not be happier. You then made the purchasing process go without a hitch considering we were doing all of this from out of state. I can't say enough about Stacy & Jim Scraper. They have gone the extra miles for us. Stacy dots every I & crosses every T. They were both extremely helpful to us. I started looking for a condo in March & completed the sale in June. Stacy was very helpful during the sale & after the sale. They are the best. They never asked for the sale they let us buy. No pressure ever. They are two very honest people. I trust them 1000%. In fact they still call me months later to make sure we are happy. Who does that?
