As out-of-state buyers, we needed a detailed realtor who would go the extra mile. Because James is a military veteran, this was also a plus in our book. Upon arriving in-town and meeting James, I knew I had hit a home run. The amount of time he devoted to showing me homes over several days was amazing. James was patient, thorough, listened to the important things we were looking for, and delivered on all accounts. Because of his skill and professionalism, we placed a contract on a very nice home within several days. I flew back home, while James negotiated the contract in our favor. James made sure that all repairs were completed before closing.

I cannot stress enough the amazing job he did with our purchase. Every detail…every concern…every call made was returned…every email and text were answered. In short, James provided services from A to Z as a realtor. He went above-and-beyond the call of duty. Since we would be renting the property, James recommended an excellent tenant manager and helped us to price rent. We say with a smile that James is a realtor who provides a boutique, concierge-type of experience. This was ideal and very much needed as out-of-state buyers. Everything he promised to do, he followed through and did it. We are so happy that we chose Mr. Stallworth as our realtor.

Mr. Stallworth is the best! He is patient and goes the extra mile to explain programs and processes that benefit the home buyer. I sought out his expertise to help me with my mom and dad home purchase so they could move from a different state to wear I live. All worked out great! My Family still maintains contact with Mr. Stallworth. You can trust and depend on him!
