James Wilson

Jim is a Northern California native who came to the Mendocino Coast over 8 years ago. He lives here with his wife Meg and two kids, Jack and Cate.

Jim has worked in a unique range of fields relating to real estate including new home building, land excavation, home renovation, and as a field technician in land surveying. This diverse background of hands-on experience gives him an exceptional understanding of real estate.

From both the vantage point of a buyer and a seller, Jim has been involved in California real estate over several years in numerous transactions. He is now ready to help buyers realize their dreams of homeownership or land development and to help sellers navigate the competitive marketing process.
