It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jim Wire during the sale of our home in South Lake Tahoe. Jim helped us buy our condo in early 2017. We were first time buyers and Jim was very patient with us as we figured out what was going on. He is an excellent communicator and we never felt lost in what initially seemed like an intimidating process. Our vacation home will be used as a short term rent, which adds additional hurdles, but Jim was very transparent and honest about the process. We couldn't have done it without Jim and look forward to working with him in the future!
