Jamie loves walking through a home as no two are exactly alike and each homeowner has a unique style. Jamie not only talks about the market conditions and the data around a reasonable value for their home but gives them room-by-room tips on how to showcase the features in a room to the fullest. Realty transactions are not just about getting the best price it’s about making buyers feel at home when they see the house. Every home has a story and Jamie tells this story through staging, crisp, clear photos, and beautiful write ups.

Jamie does not just educate her clients, since 2003 she continues to educate herself on trends, market changes, how she can do her job better and make more dreams come true for her clients. Each year Jamie hones her skills, expands her knowledge through continuing education and has received designations; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and At Home with Diversity. Jamie has been awarded Five Star Realtor Award from Connecticut Magazine each year consecutively since 2011 and have received sales awards ranking me in the top 10% nationally within her affiliated brokerages since 2012.
