I do not have right words to complement Ms. Berrier and her team. Especially Ms. Jamie Berrier and Ms. Ellen Puchalsky, who were my family since I moved in PA. 10 years ago I had nothing and they magically worked out and made me 1st time home owner. Today after none stop hard work for more then 2 years, she got me what my heart was looking for. 12/30/2023 we meet in the plot and at the end we both said, "that's it". She knows her client so well. I signed it with all her and her team's afford on 12/31/2023.
I trust RSR and Ms. Berrier with whole heart. I recommend RSR to my good colleagues since 2014, they Love her work also.

I was selling my log home and contacted Jamie after seeing she recently sold numerous log homes in my area. Her comps for my listing price were on point and I liked that she used all log homes as comparables. She was super informative on what I had to do in order to get the best price possible for my home, and I was extremely happy with the selling price. I also used Jamie to purchase my next home, and was able to close on both homes the same day. I would highly recommend Jamie and Sue. Jamie patiently worked with my Mom for months as she considered downsizing. After Mom suddenly got sick and we lost her, we let many months go by and then asked Jamie to step back in and help us with the now even more difficult task of selling her property. It was a very emotional experience and we really took our time. Jamie was very helpful, supportive and most of all, was right on target with the pulse of the market. We followed her advice and ended up getting tens of thousands more for the property than we expected. Sue answered any question and was accessible any time we had a question. I certainly didn't expect quick answers after hours, but always got them. Sue did a great job coordinating with our attorney, the title company and the buyers realtor. As we walked out of closing, we stood in the parking lot and it finally hit us that we had closed this sad chapter. My sister, Jamie and I all literally were in tears as we talked about turning over the keys to the home that had such great memories. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again for my next real estate transaction.

Jamie Berries is a rare gem in the real estate profession. She is a master of her craft. If you want to get your house sold, even in a challenging market, this lady will get it done for you (sold my first house with her during '07-'08 mkt) . She will show you where she is marketing it, what the traffic is like, and the response. She will help you get the best price for your house on the sellers end, and get the best value on the buyers end. We have used Jamie in both situations. She is a negotiating guru. It is a lesson to see her work. She also happens to be kind, patient, understanding and has a terrific sense of humor (very necessary during the real estate buying/selling process.)
