I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime but Jamie Farley was the Best Real Estate Broker I have ever worked with. She came to the house - did a walk through - pointed out areas to address (all great ideas I may add), did a great comp search and recommended pricing which turned out exactly as she predicted. She was always available when we called, nice change from voice mail! She sat down with my husband and I to review a spread sheet she had made from the offers of the open house (all 20) and reviewed each one explaining the pros and cons of the offer. She is Professional, easy to work with and I might add has a great personality! Thank You Jamie for making a difficult move easier. We will be forever grateful.

Jamie worked with me for months until we found the perfect house. She was patient, persistent and determined to ensure that we got everything taken care of... during the Covid Pandemic!! When I was unable to be at the inspection, she stepped up and ensured that everything was okay and kept me updated throughout the process. If I ever have to sell and buy again... Jamie Farley was a joy to work with and truly has her client's best interests. She knows exactly what the buyer needs to do to prepare the house for market and the results were proven: we accepted asking price 3 days after the home went on the market. She beautifully navigated the repairs process after the offer was accepted and I'm sure I saved thousands. In my experience, Jamie goes above and beyond what other realtors normally do for their clients, which relieves a lot of stress associated with selling a home.
