My wife and I were referred to Jamie by our painter! He said Jamie was an energetic, personal realtor who goes out of her way to make sure the customer's needs are met. We had endless questions regarding how to prepare a home we had lived in for 25 years. Jamie had suggestions for contractors and when the time was right, brought in an incredible stager and photographer. They were both scary good! We went thru several starts and stops regarding the listing date of the house due to current Covid concerns. The concerns weren't Jamie's, she went out of her
way to ensure that we were reassured and remained calm. I am retired and my wife was scheduled to retire from elementary education in the middle of pandemic shutdowns and concerns. Needless to say, we were extremely nervous. We delayed listing until the final moments before the end of the school year and retirement. Even then we were sure the house would take at least two or three months to sell. The house sold in one week! I hired Jamie after a horrible experience with a bigger name locally. Well Miss Big Name could take a lesson from Jamie in how to talk to people and cater to their styles. Jamie was available when I had a question. We have a two hour time difference but that didn’t matter. I preferred texting because I could do that while I was on the phone for my own job. Jamie accommodated me. Jamie never handed me off to a staffer. She was the only person who I contacted or who contacted me. She helped me get the best deal when two offers were made same day. Okay. I don't normally post referrals for services as I find most people do an average job, and that's perfectly fine. But as some of you know, I've been trying to sell my house since the middle of last year, to no avail. In early March I listed with Jamie because I appreciated her "get it done" attitude. She also provided the most market information right out of the gate, instead of the "give me a call" I got from everyone else. Jamie brought out a professional photographer and expertly listed my home. We had tons of tours and received an offer in less than 2 weeks. I'm happy to say that we closed today without any drama. Jamie is the gold standard of realtors. I am grateful for her experience, guidance, and kindness. After multiple attempts to sell our house in a challenging market had failed, we called Jamie. I'm Active Duty military and moved out of state. Jamie was able to help us transition and sell our house in less than two weeks, providing excellent service and advice along the way.

However, all did not go as planned. Less than two days before closing, we lost power and the basement flooded. Jamie personally found the problem during a routine walk-through and her team sprang into action. Mitigation, contractors, drywallers, painters--Jamie expertly managed her team and we closed less than three weeks later. I can't say enough how grateful we are to Jamie. It is a helpless feeling to be a thousand miles away when disaster strikes, but Jamie kept a cool head and guided us through the final steps of selling our house. Thanks again to Jamie.
