You simply won't do better than Jamie!! We met her during our relocation to the East Bay and she helped us find the perfect home in a time where there was VERY little inventory. She kept in touch for 5 years, often dropping little gifts off for us (even sent my son a Grad gift!). She also advised on our home improvements vs market value as we renovated the home. So, of course when faced with another relocation out of the area, we worked with Jamie to sell our home. She gave us amazing advice to prep our home for sale, literally perfect advice on the timing to list, and we have never had a sale go so smoothly (out of the 9 homes we've bought and sold). We received multiple offers and sold well over list price. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. But what really makes Jamie the best is that while she is very knowledgeable and savvy, she is also authentic, down to earth and just a good person that actually CARES about her clients. She's the real deal and you will absolutely love working her!!

Hands down the BEST selling experience we've ever had. Jamie was fully committed from day one. She helped us get top dollar for our home by paying for home improvements out of her own funds prior to listing the property. She was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to our needs and questions. Her negotiation skills were top notch after receiving multiple offers. She followed up with us after the sale, helping us move out of our SOLD home, AND she sent us a gift several months later, thanking us for working with her. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
