Let me just start by saying Jamie is beyond Rockstar status. Between her and Shelly, they both put up with my friend and I's shenanigans. They did not judge us for bringing beer to look at houses. It's a major purchase that you need a little bit of liquid courage to put in an offer.

If you want someone who is super experienced in pointing out the smallest details, Jamie is your girl. Water heater; old, roof; old, there's mold; yeah no, AC; broke, etc. Definitely will be recommending everyone to Jamie. And will be using her to sell my house when it's time.

I can't say enough about this agent. I've bought and sold three different houses and Jamie Salabarria was hands down the best agent out of all them. I would absolutely recommend her to my family, friends, or anyone in the local area, region, or state that's looking to buy or sell a house. Look, don’t look any further. Don’t even question it - just call Jamie! When we were selling our home, this woman was working things behind the scenes and was on her game! While we were home searching, she was also looking out for our best interests when we weren’t lol. When we found a home and we’re waiting to move in, she was always available to help answer our questions and be on top of the builder and his crew (we purchased a new build). I mean, this crazy, wonderful lady was heading into surgery and was still helping to handle our business lol. You couldn’t find anyone better suited so just do yourself a favor and call her!

In a very compressed timeline (approx. 1mo) she was able to walk-through our property and advise us on what we needed to do in preparation to go on the Market.
