Jamil El-Srouji is a South Florida commercial real estate broker and construction professional specializing in industrial, multifamily, retail and investment properties. As Principal of Commercial Real Estate Services and Asset Management Inc., DBA CRE Service, he represents property owners, investors, buyers and tenants throughout Florida.
His experience includes property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financial analysis, property operations, asset management, construction management and tenant improvements. This combination allows him to evaluate real estate from both a brokerage and physical-property perspective.
