Mrs. Stroman was recommended to me by Realtor.com so I didn't know her when we started looking for a new home in the Virginia and Maryland area. Coming from California, I wanted to make sure that I was working with someone that was experienced with the local real estate market. After speaking to a few agents, I recognized that Jamyl was not only experienced, but also professional, reliable and as a full time realtor, available at almost any time for viewings.

It is not an easy market for buyers right now. In this seller's market, by the time you see a listing for a house online, it may already be sold, so it's very important to react quickly. I appreciated that she was prompt with her responses and worked with my schedule. I valued her opinion on the homes that we saw. She has also connected us with other valuable professionals.
