About Jan

My real estate career began in 2005 in my hometown, Nashville Tennessee. I was fortunate enough to be mentored by my mother-in-law; a broker for 35 years. With a background in interior design and sales, and a desire to become a real estate investor; my goal was to combine the art and skill set I had developed to renovate, resell, and retain a few properties in a rental portfolio. I just adore a good project! But what I discovered along the way was how thrilling it is to become a partner in someone else’s project; seeing their goals and visions come to life.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege to work with other investors, banks, and corporate relocation clients; as well as buyers and sellers from first-time purchasers to selling estates with multiple heirs. From historic homes with restrictive overlays to new construction; slow markets to lightning-fast ones, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in this everchanging industry.
