Jana Maggert

As residents of Auburn for a very long time, Jana and Randy understand the dynamics of this very desirable area! Having sold homes in and around the area for over a decade, they know how to provide a level of service required to exceed your expectations.

They have been in sales and service industries prior to getting in Real Estate in 2005. They still practice the same commitment to personal care and follow through they were taught years ago. They believe hard work and a special touch is what makes the difference between them and other agents. You are their client, not another transaction!

They love the outdoors with Tahoe being their special place. Randy enjoys golf and Jana loves real estate, walking, and swimming. They both like to see the shows at Thunder Valley or Reno depending on who is playing.

Jana and Randy both attended Placer High and Sierra College. They are on the Advisory committee for American River College. Randy is also on the Loomis/Penryn Municipal Advisory Council.

Their family is everything to them! They are proud and blessed to have two children. Their daughter and son-in-law (Tara and Josh) have given them their grandchildren, Jake, and Ellie. Tara (with her master’s degree) has opened a daycare which keeps her very busy. Their son and daughter-in-law (Chad and Laurie) live in Anaheim Hills, and they love it! (they do not) Chad is employed by Disney (at Disneyland) and Laurie works for US Banks.

Real Estate has been Jana and Randy’s passion and they take every opportunity to learn more every day. Whether working with sellers or buyers they believe it is no accident in being successful. They are serious agents but love to have fun in their business and with their clients.
