A Utah native, JanaLee joined the Park City real estate community in 1999 as a sales associate. In 2002 she became one of the youngest to join our family known as Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties. Since then she has worked her way to become one of the top Realtors within our local real estate community. Through the years, JanaLee’s dynamic personality and professional reputation have earned her clients that range from local buyers purchasing their first home to very public personalities seeking a multi-million dollar mountain escape.
In 2003 Nancy Erni and JanaLee joined forces and through their efforts together, they have sold a variety of development projects, new construction homes, vacant land and second homes. With their growing success came a third partner, Ryan McLaughlin, as well as local and national industry recognition. Their team has placed consistently in the top 1% of real estate professionals nationally, including being in the Top 100 of all Berkshire Hathaway Home Services brokerages nationally in 2014, 2015 & 2016.
JanaLee has also worked closely with the elite architects, designers, builders and developers that call Park City home. She has developed a well-trained eye for what our dynamic marketplace requires, and understands the types of amenities and design details demanded by the most discerning of homeowners. JanaLee has developed a knack for translating buyers’ individual and varied tastes into the many possibilities that our beautiful mountain communities offer.
Personally, JanaLee is very active within the Park City Board of REALTORS and the community at large. While serving on numerous internal and public boards for the Park City Board of REALTORS, JanaLee also manages to enjoy the numerous activities popular in the Park City area, including being an avid skier and boater. She can also be found hiking the local trails, riding her dirt bike, road bike, or cruising the canyon roads on her motorcycle. Most importantly, JanaLee lives a personal commitment to her clients, consulting with her clients professionally and socially on local issues and market conditions for years after a transaction closes.
JanaLee received her Brokers license in 2005 and holds additional designations such as her ABR, and CIPS designations. Every year since 2007 JanaLee has received the Park City Board of Realtors Professional Achievement Award. Her clients appreciate her expertise and the personalized attention to detail she provides along with her fun and enthusiastic style.
