From a young age, Jane knew homes were more than lumber and screws. She was determined to save vacant, poorly maintained homes from their slide into history and to restore dignity and joy to the home and those who lived there.

As a REALTOR® with 20+ years of experience in the Iowa City-Cedar Corridor, Jane finds great satisfaction in matching people to their perfect homes and sharing the excitement of home ownership. She loves guiding buyers and sellers through the process and educating along the way.

Though she came to the area to work on her masters in public affairs (city management/law), Jane fell in love with the people and their commitment to the community. Now she’s a Hawkeye for life!

Considering a new construction home? Jane grew up in a construction family and managed the process of building a home for her family. She incorporated green principles of energy efficiency, low VOC materials, and minimum maintenance. She’s passionate about green home design and eco-landscaping and would love to help!
