An essential part of being a great Realtor is building a network of reliable resources. I have secured great working relationships with Loan Officers in various lending institutions and with Closing agents. I have a comprehensive list of reputable inspectors, contractors, as well as a great network of fellow Realtors. I believe in the importance of communication- I’m never afraid to ask questions and keep searching until I find the answers.
My Clients have been wonderful. I have met them at OPEN houses and through online Leads, or just ‘plain old door knocking’. I’ve worked the land from Plymouth to Northfield and from Belle Plaine to Inver Grove Heights- I’m looking forward to expanding these parameters! Sellers were impressed with my presentation of their property and Buyers enjoyed my professional efficient manner.
My business has grown by referrals family, friends and from past clients. These referrals have in turn provided contacts to generations X/Y/Z that are looking for first homes and to Baby boomers looking to downsize. I really enjoy what I do and have proven my ability to connect/communicate/close deals.
