Jane is the absolute best. She went above and beyond helping my wife and I find and purchase our first home. Throughout the process she 'gets it,' and can help you navigate the should and should not, what to look out for, and how to stay on top of the process. Speaking of, paperwork was a breeze and Jane prompts you with what to expect throughout home-buying. During the process, our pre-approval lender dropped the ball and Jane was able to recommend a lender and contact in 15 minutes that saved our contract and close date with grace. Above all, Jane has a nurturing and understanding nature that relieves the stress of making such a big purchase. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jane was amazing and invaluable helping us to relocate from Washington state. We didn't know anything about the area and there were so many things involved with moving consuming our time besides house hunting. The great thing is, Jane assisted with all of those as well. Not only did Jane guide us to find an awesome home in a wonderful location, but she also became a friend and has continued to look in on us and share her knowledge of Kansas City. We are truly grateful and happy she chose to be our realtor, you will be too!

We could not have been more pleased with the level of service that Jane Crampton provided to us not only finding a new home but selling our current home. Having bought and sold multiple homes over the past 30 years I could not have been more impressed with the level of service chain provided. You could get in contact with her anytime of the day and she would respond right away. She has so much knowledge being in the industry that we felt fully comfortable and having her be our realtor. Once we met with her and told her exactly what we were looking for she found the perfect home. On selling our current home she went above and beyond making sure that we had everything that we needed to do to get ready to sell done and even came in behind us to do extra special touches to make sure we would get the best price for our house. You cannot go wrong with Jane.
