Jane Cresswell

JANE is an Owner and Broker of Realty World Pinnacle. She has lived in the San Francisco Bay area for many years and has been assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs since 2003. She works with home buyers, sellers, and investors. She is also a foreclosure prevention specialist and keeps apprised of the latest Loan Modification, Short Sale and foreclosure options for homeowners who are struggling.

Jane has a BA in English from the University of San Francisco. Other certifications: Professional Meeting Planning from Cal State Fullerton, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Certification and HAFA (Making Home Affordable) Certified, BPO Certified (Broker Price Opinion) from the BPO Institute.

Jane has been a Top Producer since the beginning of her real estate career. In 2003, her first year as a professional agent, she received the Rookie of the Year Award for ALL Intero Real Estate offices in northern California. Since then, she has been a Top Producer at J. Rockcliff and Intero R.E. San Ramon until purchasing Realty World Dominion in 2011 and then Realty World Pinnacle in 2013.

Jane can provide potential clients with many references from past buyers, sellers and homeowners who obtained a loan modification due to Jane's assistance.

Aside from owning a Realty World franchise, Jane is also a professional singer and Organizer of several Meetup.com groups in the San Francisco Bay area with a membership of over 2,700 people.

She is active in supporting and fundraising for important causes for animal rights and the rights of women and children in need. She also rescues and find homes for dogs in need. She has donated her time and talents to raise money for the SPCA, ASPCA, CASA and for women and children’s shelters.

Jane sells real estate all around the greater San Francisco Bay area and in Southern California.
