Jane was great to work with when finding new tenants for my rental property. She coordinated multiple showings, did all the leg work checking each perspective tenant, and presented the information I needed to make a good choice. She was very professional and dedicated, and helped me through the entire process. Highly recommended!

Working with Jane was so incredible. She was so knowledgeable and helped us understand the whole apartment process. She sat us down and explained all the different aspects of the applications and helped us get all the documents we would ever need for an application together. She took so much stress off of our lives and without her getting an apartment would have been extremely so much more difficult. Loved working with her!!!

Jane was our realtor during a incredibly competitive market. She was always very organized and took us to see houses as soon as they were available. My husband and I have a busy schedules and Jane was very flexible with her schedule to accommodate us. We predominately communicated via text and Jane was always very responsive and informative. She was constantly taking initiative to do research on properties for us (even if it wasn’t our favorites). We always had an abundance of information which helped us find our new house. Jane and her partner Jean were excellent negotiators and we were able to purchase our house for a great price during a “seller’s market.” On closing day, the title company attempted to cancel and push closing to another day. If this happened we could lose the house; however, Jane would not let that happen. She convinced the notary to come to our house and Jane went out of her way to print all of the closing documents at FedEx for us. Working with Jane was an absolute pleasure and if we decide to move we would ask her to be our realtor again.

I called Jane on a Thursday asking for a move-in by the next Wednesday. Impossible! Nope. Within a few days I had seen 10 house tours at times which were convenient for me and planned with extraordinary detail. She was able to help us get accepted on a 2 day turnaround to the home we wanted. Even after that, she helped us with all the paperwork and post-close stuff which I never would have asked or expected her to!!! Can't recommend Jane enough

responsive, respectful of the buyers' wishes, and very pleasant to work with. These attributes, coupled with a sympathetic
understanding of our fears about purchasing in a highly competitive buyer's market, earned our highest regard and she is by far the
best realtor we have ever worked with throughout our 21 years full of military moves. Jane was always very respectful of the principles we wished to maintain in a market where all the normal expectations of the home buying process seemed to be thrown out the window in a crazed effort to win a contract. She was patient and understanding with us, despite last minute anxiety that almost led to us backing out of our contract. We very much appreciated this and would love to work with her again one day!
