We recently purchased a home in Ocala with Janie Quast working as our buyer's agent. This was complicated by the fact that we lived in San Diego, CA at the time. From start to finish Janie ushered us through the process in a very thorough and gracious manner. She provided us with more than sufficient information about the Ocala real estate market. Enough so that we felt oriented and informed enough to make a purchase decision from out of state. After we decided on one neighborhood, Janie checked out many possibilities for us. Once we chose a home, she took us on a video tour so we could see what we would be getting. Throughout the process we felt we could trust Janie to act in our best interests, and our trust was entirely justified. We wholeheartedly recommend Janie Quast as a real estate agent! We think anyone would find her engaging, understanding and very easy to work with.

No detail is overlooked, no challenge is too difficult to overcome and no request is too small to be honored in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and all with that winning warm smile and enthusiasm!
Janie’s expertise runs the full gamut of the home buying and selling experience. Her state-of-the-art research and marketing techniques enabled present us with so many competitively priced homes, that we were amazed by the choices. Janie taught us how to look past the staging of a home to see the quality features without being distracted by the fluff. We fully realized what a valuable secret weapon we had when she pointed this out in detail. We are confident that her market acumen is one reason for her stellar performance.
Janie and her talented team guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Within days we were receiving lists of potential homes tailored to our needs, complete with professional quality photographs and a virtual tour of the home.
The paperwork seemed to practically take care of itself, due to the assistance of Janie’s capable staff. Communication and follow-through were excellent as well.
