Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Jane Sotanski was very professional as well as personal. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met which was a very difficult task in this market. Jane never gave up on us. She never once made us feel uncomfortable about our level of financial ability or anything else. Just the opposite, with the way she treated us, I felt like a millionaire looking to buy Pebble Beach mansions.

Jane is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system and felt every emotion right there with me! ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see, Jane moved as fast as possible as she knew how houses were flying off the market. She was available at all hours of the day and night, and was always pleasant and personable. Jane went to bat for us even when she knew the chances were very slim in this insane market. She is very knowledgeable and shared her knowledge with us in a way that was understandable to a rookie at buying a home like me!

It would be too long to tell the whole story but I firmly believe that we only got into our house because of the love and trust that Jane’s prior clients (the sellers) had for her! She negotiated until the last minute and pulled off a miracle in today’s market for us!

Jane and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

Look no further, call Jane Sotanski if you're buying a home in the Carmel, CA area! Jane is as thoughtful and caring as she is strategic and skillful. We were looking for a home during the second half of 2021, when inventory was the lowest it has ever been in Carmel. Jane patiently worked with us for 6 months to find our dream house, despite our long checklist and limited budget. We could not be more grateful for Jane's dedication and guidance.
