My experience with Janeen was a pleasant one. She helped my family and I both find a new home as well as sell our old one. When it came to both houses she definitely did her homework as far as the value of each home and made sure we were in the best position to both buy and sell our homes. If it was anything I asked and she didn’t know (which was rare) she knew who to ask to get the answer for us as fast as she could. She was very patient when it came to questions, showing us houses, and working around our schedule. When it come to selling my home after she helped find us a beautiful bigger house she made sure I was in the best position to get the most out of my home and for that I’m thankful to her. She loves what she do and it shows 😊. I highly recommend her to anybody whose looking for a new home and those who want to sell. She’ll go above and beyond for you and she also has a great team surrounding her to future help you achieve your goals of buying and selling a home.

I was in a situation where I had to find housing ASAP. I was connected with Janeen, and she made it happen. I spoke with her on a Monday about what my preferences were, went to tour two places on a Friday, and signed the lease for my new apartment the following Tuesday. Mind you, this all happened during the holidays. She was very responsive and encouraging throughout the entire process, which is what I needed. Janeen is a very professional realtor. I referred a client to her and they hit if off. She had to do the showings virtually due to the client living in a different state, she spent all day showing the client different properties that she found for them.
