I have a passion for helping my clients have a smooth moving experience. Staying on top of technology, home marketing techniques, negotiating skills, networking and much more help me provide the level of service my clients deserve.

I started as a licensed Realtor in 1997 and since become a licensed real estate Broker - Realtor. My experiences include over 500 sales with most everyone having unique challenges.

I am active in my local board of Realtors and have been active at the state level as well. As the current chair-elect, I'll be gaining more in-depth professional experience that will enhance my service level.

My education includes 4 total years of college at the University of South Carolina and Francis Marion University majoring in Marketing and Accounting. In addition, I have taken hundreds of hours in classroom real estate education.

My areas of service in primarily in the Florence SC area. Florence is my hometown and feel that by concentrating on just one local area is in my Florence bound clients' best interest.
