Janet is a second-generation REALTOR, third generation real estate investor, and has personally been in the real estate business since 1990. She began her real estate career in the state of Arizona in property management. She has been a full time REALTOR in the state of Tennessee since the year 2001 and the Broker/Owner of Blue-Ribbon Realty since 2008.
She is a professional negotiator working with both Sellers and Buyers. Janet has sold residential, land, lots, farms and commercial real estate in the state of Tennessee. As a multi-million dollar producer, she has represented Veterans, corporate relocation/transferees, builders, developers, real estate investors, as well as banking institutions or REO properties.
In her free time, Janet volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and local Senior Citizen Centers as well as donate to a host of other charitable organizations including but not limited to Tennessee Suicide Prevention, MDA, United Way, St. Jude and the American Red Cross. She is dedicated to continuing education, and keeping up with current market trends and real estate projections. This business is forever evolving, and she want to stay out in front, on the leading edge of change to better serve her clientele.
