I am a Houstonian. Yes admit it. I've lived and worked in the Montgomery County area since 1999. I earned my real estate license in 2007 and my broker license in 2011. Shortly afterward, I opened The Property Source and manage 16 other agents. Although I currently live in The Woodlands, I've owned homes on acreage as well Lake Conroe. I can share the pros and cons of each.
