Janet is a Kansas City native with a passion for helping her clients learn to love the area as much as she does! Finding the right home in the right location of the city is just part of creating the lifestyle experience. Since 1994, her husband and she have been a real estate team working together to meet the needs of our clients in a timely manner to create a smooth real estate transaction. Their years of experience have made them experts in new construction, corporate relocation, investment properties, and general residential resale. As a former Relocation Director, she has had extensive corporate relocation training and has an understanding of the needs of our military personnel. When they are making their moving decisions, experience is very important to this process. Technology today has allowed her to help many families find homes even though they cannot be present to go house hunting. Janet's goal is to make the home selling and buying process a successful experience. Her education and previous experience as an accountant has been an asset to her real estate business. She has a passion for helping others and real estate has helped fuel that passion. Growing up in Kansas City and being an active member of the community, she lives in, she enjoys sharing her talents in various organizations. She is proud to say that Better Homes & Gardens Kansas City Homes has chosen the Veterans Community Project as their preferred charity, and she has helped with the fund-raising efforts here in Kansas City to build homes for the homeless Veteran village.
