I thought of myself as a nightmare client. I had a very specific budget and a very specific idea of what I wanted. Janet was very patient. She worked with me tirelessly for almost two years. We saw all kinds of houses and driveways and through it all Janet was very upbeat that we would find what I was looking for. I was not always so sure. When we finally found the house -- the PERFECT house, we were told it already had a contract on it. Janet made sure the other owner/agent knew that if anything fell through she had a ready buyer. The first contact fell through that night and Janet had our offer ready to go the very next day. When I could not meet the home inspector Janet met with him and stayed while he made a thorough inspection of the property. The settlement company Janet works with and recommended it did an awesome job as well. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Janet's dedication, her patience and her endurance. She is always upbeat, always positive and always in my corner. I would recommend Janet to anyone looking to purchase a home, no matter what their situation, first time or seasoned homebuyer.

We were so blessed to have Janet as our realtor! She helped us both sell and buy a home in Fauquier County in 2012. She provided excellent advice on how to prepare our home for sale. Within two weeks we had two offers for our house and she guided us so we could make the best decision. She listened to our desires for a new property and quickly found us several places to view. She was invaluable during our walk-thru before settlement. In addition, she recommended necessary resources such as inspectors, mortgage agents, and a settlement company. We were extremely pleased with all her suggestions. Her patient, calm demeanor and her vast knowledge of the real estate market were key to getting us through what can be a very stressful process!

When I began looking for a house to purchase during the summer of 2012, I stopped in at the Warrenton L&F office because it was convenient. Janet Rehanek was there and available to speak with that day. I never looked back, because I was immediately impressed with her demeanor and helpfulness. I had never bought a house on my own before and she carefully explained and walked me through the entire process, answering every question clearly. We looked at a number of houses - she was very patient and thorough, even pointing out negatives to me in case I hadn't noticed or was unaware. I was impressed with her work ethic but especially by her honesty, and I trusted her completely. She helped me through each step and even recommended a great lender for me. The entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. I could not be more pleased with her service, and now, with my new home. I would happily recommend Janet to anybody without reservation.
