Janet Rose

Janet A. Rose Co-Founded RoseMark Commercial Advisors and RoseMark Capital Partners in 2014. She brings with her a 35+ year career in commercial real estate and residential development that spanned the Northeast to Raleigh and the Southeast.
She has held positions from Broker to Owner of a Commercial Real Estate Firm in the NYC metropolitan area to President of a regional new­ homes development company in the Southeast. As a co-founder of RoseMark Commercial Advisors, she and her partner Mark Johnson, focus on Medical Office sale/ leasebacks, Build-To-Rent, Multifamily, Industrial and large tracts of land for residential development.
Over the years, Janet has been the recipient of many new-home industry development awards in Wilmington and Raleigh, NC. She was nominated for Woman of the Year, which honored her commitment to fundraising and volunteer work from various organizations over 30 years.
Janet has served on almost every board in the Wilmington Market over the years, to include Thalian Hall and The Willie Stargell Foundation benefiting kidney disease research.
Janet lives in Wilmington with her husband and loves having their two grown children and grandson close by. They enjoy golf and the coastal lifestyle that Wilmington provides. They also enjoy their Drone Photography Business across the Southeast.
