I recently had the greatest pleasure of having Janette help me with selling my condo… NOT ONLY was I able to sell before she got the chance to officially list but I also got more than what we had originally thougt!!! Everything was smooth and quick and honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. When my uncle passed away in January I was named administrator of his estate. He lived in IL and I live in MA. Because of this I had to find a good realtor who was willing to take on more than a typical house sale would require. Janette exceeded all my Expectations. My uncle’s house was not in good shape and we had to do some significant work to get it in better condition to get the most from the sale of the property. Janette had numerous resources from to a great real estate attorney, landscapers, flooring people, movers, cleaners, to junk removal, and even spent numerous hours of her own time doing work in the house to ensure the house was in the best condition possible prior to sale. Because I was half way across the county, I really needed a realtor that could wear many hats and that I could trust, and she was definitely all of that.
