JP is great to work with! She really goes above and beyond! My husband and I have now worked with her twice, first to buy our first home, and now as we are looking for our second. After losing out on a bid and us thinking this market was hopeless and maybe it would not work out, JP helped us find the perfect fit with a new construction home and helped us feel so confident in our decisions for customizing it for our family but also considering resale down the road. She had hope when we had lost it a bit and helped us so much by keeping up on leads and finding the perfect fit. She really does a tremendous job of being so supportive, professional and helpful. We are looking forward to our new home getting built and we know with JP on our side looking out for us it will be a great process. I know some people think having an agent for new construction isn't needed but for us it has already been so helpful and I know as we continue to move through this JP will help because she is the expert and knows what to expect whereas we would have no clue at times what questions to ask or what we need to look out for. We know she will do a great job helping us navigate building and geting us ready to sell our current home once things get closer! We absolutely recommend her, she has once again helped us find exactly what our family needs, and in this market that's such an amazing thing!!

If you want someone that will have your best interest from beginning of the process, to the end and even after, JP is your girl! We met at an open house and I knew then I wanted her to be my realtor and my friend. Her kindness, honesty and drive is what helped the buying process move smoothly. She is the best in the business and I truly recommended her.
