Janice Barnard

She moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1999 from Michigan. She studied graphic arts at Michigan State University and proceeded to work in a fast, upscale environment. She began her real estate journey in 2014 as an on-site new home sales professional in the Tampa Florida area with a leader in the home building industry. The years spent working in new construction afforded her a comprehensive knowledge of the home building industry along with an expertise of the various builders in the surrounding Tampa Bay area. With her growing love of real estate, she effectively transitioned into the general real estate market allowing her to focus her energy solely on her clientele. Her passion for real estate continues to grow along with her interests and knowledge in real estate services including Modern Luxury Lifestyles, New Home Construction, First-time home buyers, for sale by owner, Buying and Selling Real Estate, Property Investment, Real Estate Investors, Short Sales, Foreclosures etc.… She enjoys home projects with her three children, loves to walk the Tampa beat for exercise and she’s an avid swimmer and boater. She is truly grateful for her life experiences and will continue to promote positivity and economic growth in our communities.
