Janice Cox

Janice Cox is a Broker Associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Winter Park, Florida. A licensed REALTOR® since 2006, she was a high-producing associate with Sotheby's International Realty® in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for more than ten years before relocating to the local area in 2014.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Janice held senior-level corporate positions as a global project director and manager of sales effectiveness for the largest outplacement company in the United States.

Janice's goal is to provide unrivaled customer service and personal attention to buyers and sellers. She loves working with people from varied backgrounds, spending time with her customers, and leading them through the process of home purchase and home sales. Many of Janice's customers have become life-long friends, allowing her to work with them across multiple transactions.

Her real estate certifications and designations include Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, and the National Association of REALTORS® Green Designation.

Janice has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Auburn University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Married to her high school sweetheart, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
